Healthy Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1. 1 Perfectly Ripe Avocado, skinned and stoned

2. 1 banana
3. 80 g essential Green Seedless Grapes 

4. 80 g baby spinach

5. 1 tsp chia seeds

Green breakfast smoothie 

Directions 

1. Place the avocado, banana, grapes and spinach in a blender. Add 400 ml water and whizz until smooth and thick.
2. Add the chia seeds and pulse until blended. Serve straight away.
